Ware Shoals
Amphitheater
The Ware Shoals Amphitheater, located on the historic former Riegel Mill site, is a spacious outdoor concert and event venue designed to host unforgettable experiences. With a capacity of up to 10,000 guests, the amphitheater features open grass seating, allowing patrons to relax comfortably while enjoying performances under the open sky.
The venue is fully enclosed by more than 2,000 linear feet of 6-foot black vinyl chain-link fencing, providing both security and structure. Access is convenient, with multiple entry and exit points including standard 6-foot gates, two 16-foot drive gates, and an additional rear exit gate for efficient crowd flow. Twelve decorative lighting fixtures are strategically placed throughout the amphitheater to enhance visibility and atmosphere during evening events.
Guests are welcome to bring blankets and lawn chairs to create their own comfortable seating arrangements.

Stage Area
The Ware Shoals Amphitheater features a 2,200-square-foot concrete stage designed to accommodate a wide range of performances and entertainers. The stage is covered by a 25' x 35' shade structure manufactured by Shade Systems, Inc., providing protection and comfort for performers.
Adjacent to the stage is a spacious 56' x 102' (5,249 square feet) concrete dance pad, offering ample room for spectators to gather, dance, and fully enjoy live events.
Leasing Information
Tickets
At this time pre-sale tickets can be purchased at Ware Shoals Town Hall or by calling 864-456-7478. The Town of Ware Shoals is in the progress of establishing online ticket sales.
Rain Policy
Cancellation of any event/performance will be decided by The Town of Ware Shoals or the lessee/host that is in charge. Each event/performance will have terms posted on tickets, and advertisement informing spectators that the event/performance will be rain/shine, rescheduled, refunded, or no refunds. For free events hosted by The Town of Ware Shoals all efforts will be made to reschedule.
Parking
The Ware Shoals Amphitheater has three parking lots that are conveniently located for spectators attending events. Parking signs will be posted at each parking area.

Patrons with disabilities
Handicap Parking is available for easy access to The Ware Shoals Amphitheater. The map below shows the handicap parking area marked with blue lines. The Ware Shoals Amphitheater also has handicap accessible portable restrooms.
