Payment of the bill is due in our office on or before the 20th by the end of business day. If the 20th falls on a weekend of town observed holiday, then payment must be made by the previous business day before the end of business to avoid the penalty. If not, a 10% penalty will be added on 21st. If Utility payment is not received in full by the 29th of the month, a $50 DELINQUENT FEE will be assessed on the 20th and service will be disconnected. We are not responsible U.S Mail Delivery.
