How to Report a Street Light Outage

1. Click “Duke Energy – Report Street Light Outage.”

2. Select “Carolinas.”

3. Enter an address, street name, or “Ware Shoals” in the search bar.

4. Use the map to locate the street light that is out and click on the light.

5. Click “Request Service” in the lower left corner.

6. Confirm the location and click “Continue.”

7. Select “Street Light” and choose the issue.

8. Add comments or a photo if desired (optional).

9. Enter your contact information, choose update preferences, and submit.
